John Varvatos, born in Detroit, began his career with Polo Ralph Lauren in the 1980s. In 2000, he decided to create his own fashion line that today includes everything from shoes, bags, belts, eyewear, limited edition watches and men's fragrances. John Varvatos' signature scent arrived in 2004 and contains notes of fig, coriander, sage, leather, lime, cinnamon, and cedarwood, among others.
