Dutch radar couple Viktor Horsting and Rolf Snoeren are two designers who met when they were both studying fashion and together they created the designer label Victor & Rolf. Both fashion designers are considered intellectual and playful with a unique design mindset. The first perfume was launched 10 years after they founded their company and since then several new fragrances have been added.
